What was Spooky? The affectionate name for a dead comet or asteroid that seems to be repeating 111 over and over again.

#82 Spooky was first discovered on 10.10.2015 (111) found to near miss the Earth just outside the distance of the moon on Halloween 2015, the 31st October day which marks the darkest point before beginning the next day on 1.11.  On this pass the Grinning Skull glided past China and everyone in Central Standard Time on 1st November (1.11) at 1:01.  The Spooky Space Rock takes 1112 days to orbit the Sun.

The Grinning Skull Returned #117 for its next pass on 11.11.2018 this time too far away to be a concern.   

Also on 11.11.2018 a mysterious seismic event originated from just off the coast of Mayotte a tiny island next to Madagascar. This strange vibration rang the world like a bell for as far as 14000 km away lasting for over 30 minutes. What was strange about this seismic event was that the frequency of the Mayotte Vibration #118 was Monochromatic resembling a Sine Wave repeating every 16.5 to 17.5 seconds. 

Scientists struggle to explain what this event was which rung the whole world like a bell. I know what your thinking,  did Spooky, this strange Grinning Skull Faced Space Rock have something to do with it?

The Next Spooky Approach #300 is on 1.11.2088 when it will be a similar distance to the pass of 11.11.2018. 

As if that wasn't Spooky enough in an unrelated incident we nearly got hit again by #125 a Small Asteroid on Halloween 31.10.2019 again passing parts of the world on 1st November (1.11).
