Around 10 am Universal Time on 11.11.2018 the same day as the Return of Spooky #83 there was a mysterious vibration off the coast of Mayotte, Madagascar which vibrated for 30 minutes and was felt as far away as 14000 km. The Frequency was Monochromatic, resembling a Sine Wave with a 16.5 - 17.5 second interval.
